Refund policy
At east forty three body, we believe in confident purchasing. We provide two ways to experience our Signature Body Oil & scents before committing to a full-sized purchase.
1. Free 5ml Tester | Included with all 100ml Signature Body Oil Purchases
All of our 100ml Signature Body Oils come with a 5ml tester of the body oil purchased, allowing you to experience your new body oil before opening the full-sized bottle.
After using the tester, you can decide to keep your purchase, or return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange. If you decide you wish to return or exchange, please email info@east43body.com and return to our below listed address.
2. The Sampler Set & The Collective Set
These complete sets allow you to try our full range of body oils in smaller quantities before committing to a full sized purchase. In addition, these scents are the same as our Oil to Milk Cleanser range, so you can experience the scent prior to purchasing these also.
Returns & Exchanges
Please return your unopened 100ml Signature Body Oil to our below listed address, we will process your refund upon receiving. If you would like to exchange for another scent, please just let us know. Returns are Australia wide only.

Please note, that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our sampler set or collective set (unless faulty), as these are a combination of all Signature Body Oils & scents for your to try. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our other products due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Digital Gift Cards
Please note we do not offer refunds on digital gift cards.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Therefore we will happily work through a return request subject to the following conditions:
- Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store-credit or exchange.
- Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are only eligible for a store-credit or exchange only.
- Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for a refund.
- The item must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Store-credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

east forty three body is not liable for the loss of products being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital gift cards or AfterPay purchases.
Refund Execution
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
